In cooperation with the International Max Planck Research School for Computer Science (IMPRS-CS), soft skills seminars and language classes are offered to the staff and students of the MMCI.

Soft Skills Seminars

The IMPRS for Computer Science offers seminars on various subjects in the area of soft skills. The seminars are targeted at students and aimed at deepening their knowledge, as well as at providing them an opportunity for practical exercise. The various seminars usually consist of some form of lecture or presentation on the subject, as well as a practical part in which the students analyze and correct their own work and that of others. In this way, newly-acquired knowledge becomes experience.

Language Classes

Those wishing to learn German because they need it in their daily lives can attend the German language classes offered by the IMPRS-CS. There are also English courses. The language classes cover different levels of proficiency and are free of charge.
