Human Computer Interaction (Former Research Group)

The Junior Research Group "Human Computer Interaction", headed by Jürgen Steimle, was part of the Cluster of Excellence MMCI.

Vision and Research Strategy

The Human Computer Interaction group focuses on embodied interaction: How can interaction with computers  be integrated seamlessly with the physical world and the human body, in order to enable more effective and more expressive interactions? We are investigating flexible displays and sensor surfaces, on-body interaction, embedded user interfaces, and personal fabrication.

You can find more information about our group on our website.
